General Information

Who can stay at Sybaris?

Sybaris is designed exclusively for couples seeking a private, romantic escape. Guests must be 18 years or older and present a valid ID at check-in. Only two guests per suite are permitted – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do I need to be married?

Not at all. Couples of all kinds are welcome, no marriage certificate required.

Are children or pets allowed?

For the comfort and atmosphere of all guests, no children or pets are permitted.

Reservations & Membership

Do I need a membership?

Yes, Sybaris operates as a private club, and a membership is required for reservations. Your membership is included with your first booking and provides exclusive benefits for future stays.

How do I use a gift certificate?

Please call to make your reservation and apply your gift certificate. Membership is still required.

Can I book more than one night?

Yes. Although rates are shown per night, guests are welcome to book multiple nights. Special offers may apply to longer stays.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Overnight Getaway: Check-in at 6:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM.
Afternoon Getaway: 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Early check-in (2 PM) instead of 6 PM.
Late check-out (3 PM) instead of 11 AM.

In-Suite Experience

What amenities are included?

Every suite features a king-size bed, whirlpool tub or private pool, TV, sound system, hair dryer, spa robes, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee/tea service. Many locations also offer unique touches like waterfalls, massage chairs, or swings. Romantic gift packages can be purchased in advance or at check-in.

Are your rooms smoke-free?

Yes. All suites are non-smoking. Outdoor smoking areas are provided. Smoking in suites may cause additional clean up fees and possibility of having your membership revoked.

Do you have handicap-accessible suites?

Yes, select locations offer accessibility features such as chair lifts. Please call to confirm availability.

Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 7 days prior to reservation date for a full refund (minus a $50 fee) or to reschedule at no cost.
Cancellations with fewer than 7 days’ notice may be charged unless the suite is re-booked.
Always request a cancellation number when changing or cancelling a reservation.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, active and retired military guests receive a discount with valid ID.

How do you ensure cleanliness?

Our pools are carefully maintained to ensure the highest standards of
cleanliness and safety. The water is continuously filtered and monitored to
maintain optimal pH and chemical balance. After each guest, the pool area
is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. You can relax knowing that the water
quality is consistently maintained for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Bookings & Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Gift certificates must be redeemed by phone. Cash payments may be accepted at select locations; however are subject to a separate security deposit to be left at check-in time to cover incidentals; please call ahead.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! Gift cards are available online or at each location and make the perfect romantic surprise. Gift Certificates may be subject to a waiting period based on credit card verification.

Privacy & Security

Is my stay private?

Yes. Privacy is a top priority at Sybaris. Check-in is discreet, and each suite has a private entrance.

Do you have security on site?

Yes. For your comfort and safety, all locations have security monitoring and staff available 24/7.

Experiences & Add-Ons

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. Suites include refrigerators and microwaves.

Do you offer packages or upgrades?

Yes. We offer romance packages (such as rose petals, champagne, or some locations offer chocolate-covered strawberries) that can be pre-ordered or purchased upon arrival.

Can I celebrate a special occasion?

Absolutely. Anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or just because … we can help make your stay unforgettable with personalized touches.

Can I bring my own decorations or add-ons for the suite?

Yes! You’re welcome to drop off your own decorations, and our team will set them up in your suite to your instructions. A small service fee may apply based on the quantity of items provided.

  • 3rd party vendors: For the privacy and safety of all guests, outside companies are not permitted to decorate suites.

Can I tour a suite before booking?
